It was just meant to be: A retail store in a beautiful, historic building in a high-energy, bustling section of Tucson became available and a great concept became reality.

My name is Pranay and I am currently the owner of Fioro Pizza and previously sold pizza at two other locations in the city. My brother-in-law, Adam, is joining me in this new venture.

Adam and I, along with 25 other family members, took a Mediterranean cruise to celebrate my Mom and Dad’s 50th wedding anniversary.
It was during this trip that Kevin expressed an interest in the preparation and serving of food. After visiting one port after another, it was clear that pizza was always a first choice.

Our vision was to sell truly Italian-style pizza to Tucsonans who know and appreciate “the real thing.” We promise the finest ingredients served in a beautiful location by two native New Yorkers who love food and people alike!
